Uz učenike i roditelje, prigodnoj svečanosti prisustvovali su načelnik općine Srebrenik Nihad Omerović, predsjedavajući Općinskog vijeća Srebrenik dr. Ibrahim zukić, premijer Vlade TK Bego Gutić, ministar finansija u Vladi TK Jakub Suljkanović i ministar obrazovanja TK Zlatan Muratović te predstavnici privrednog, kulturnog i vjerskog života općine Srebrenik. Simboličnim presijecanjem vrpce novosagrađenu školu su otvorili načelnik Omerović, premijer Gutić, ministar Muratović i direktor OŠ „Rapatnica“ Zehrudin Muhedinović.
Kako je istaknuto na prigodnoj svečanosti, u izgradnju nove školske zgrade uloženo je blizu 160.000 maraka. Ministarstvo obrazovanja Federacije BiH obezbijedilo je 126.000 maraka, Kantonalno ministarstvo obrazovanja TK obezbijedilo je sredstva za vanjsko uređenje u iznosu od 26.000 maraka, dok je Općina Srebrenik donirala sredstva za priključke struje i vode. U povodu predstojećeg Dana penzionera Federacije BiH, danas je u plavoj sali srebreničkog Doma kulture održana svečana proširena sjednica Skupštine Udruženja penzionera općine Srebrenik.
Sjednici su prisustvovali i predstavnici izvršne i zakonodavne vlasti općine Srebrenik, te predstavnici zdravstvenih inistitucija, Fonda penzijskog osiguranja i penzionerskih udruženja s nivoa Tuzlanskog kantona i Federacije BiH. Prigodan referat posvećen Danu penzionera podnio je predsjednik Izvršnog odbora Udruženja penzionera Srebrenik Salko Hodžić, naglasivši da je oko 80 posto penzionera u Federaciji BiH socijalno ugroženo te da je smortnost penzionerske populacije u stalnom porastu.
Delegatima Skupštine obratili su se i predsjedavajući OV Srebrenik dr. Ibrahim Zukić i pomoćnik općinskog načelnika Nermin Tursić, koji su naglasili da loklane vlasti, u skladu sa svojim mogućnostima, ulažu napore na ublažavanju problema s kojima se suočava penzionerska populacija na području ove općine.
Učesnike svečane sjednice pozdravili su i predstavnici Udruženja penzionera Tuzlanskog kantona i Saveza udurženja penzionera Federacije BiH. Za izuzetan doprinos u ostvarivanju programskih ciljeva i poboljšanju materijalnog položaja penzionera na sjednici su zaslužnim pojedincima i kolektivima uručene plakete, povelje i zahvalnice. Plakete kao najviše priznanje Udruženja penzionera Srebrenik dobili su Nihad Omerović, Ibrahim Zukić, Gradska apoteka Srebrenik, Banja „Ilidža“ Gradačac, Omer Omerefendić, Mehmedalija Rapa, Fadil Kunto, Haso Halilović, Sakib Hadžić i Esad Husanović.

U organizaciji Centra za kulturu i informisanje i Gradske biblioteke Srebrenik, a u sklopu tradicionalne manifestacije „Vezeni most“, danas je u velikoj sali Doma kulture u Srebreniku upriličen susret pisaca i mališana s područja srebreničke općine.
Manifestaciji je prisustvovalo blizu 400 učenika nižih razreda iz osnovnih škola s područja srebreničke općine koji su imali priliku da se druže s dječijim piscima Muhidinom Šarićem iz Kozarca kod Prijedora, Sanjom Pilić iz Zagreba i Tatjanom Andrijević iz Tuzle. Ovi eminentni pisci predstavili su svoje bogato književno stvaralaštvo, a pred velikim brojem radoznalih mališana i njihovih nastavnika recitovali su i po nekoliko pjesama iz svojih zbirki dječije poezije.
Ovim susretom, kako ističe Fikreta Jašić, rukovodilac Gradske biblioteke Srebrenik, zaokružene su brojne manifestacije upriličene u povodu „Mjeseca knjige“.

U utorak u 20.57 sati izbio je požar na kući Nevzete Tursunović u Gornjoj Tinji – zaseoku Poljakovići kod Srebrenika.
Požar čiji su uzroci još nepoznati, planuo je u pomoćnom objektu u kojem su bili smješteni drva i ugalj, a potom se vrata proširila i na krov kuće. Požar je primijetio prvi komšija Asim Mahmutović koji je pozvao Policijsku stanicu i Profesionalnu vatrogasnu jedinicu Srebrenik.
Iako su vatrogasci do 20-ak kilometara udaljenih Poljakovića stigli za svega 14 minuta, kada su stigli na lice mjesta požar je već bio u razbuktaloj fazi. Iapk, zahvaljujući efikasnoj akciji, u kojoj je s dva vatrogasna vozila učestvovalo pet vatrogasaca, spriječeno je širenje vatre na veći dio prostorija u prizemlju kuće.
U požaru su izgorjeli pomoćni objekat i krovna konstrukcija kuće, a oštećeni su i ulazna vrata i prozor na kupatilu. Ukupna materijalna šteta procjenjuje se na iznos od oko 5.000 maraka.
Vlasnica kuće je teško bolesna, a nakon što joj je prošle godine preminuo suprug u kući je živjela sama s kćerkom. S obzirom da nije sposobna za rad i da nema stalna novčana primanja nije u stanju osigurati sredstva za sanaciju štete, tako da joj jedinu nadu predstavlja pomoć dobrih ljudi.

U BiH je alarmantno izražen problem djece ulice, gdje se odvija i zloupotreba djece u prosjačenju i razne eksploatacije djece, a veoma često i trgovina djecom te je potrebno utvrditi efikasne pravce djelovanja na suzbijanju ovog problema – poručeno je na konferenciji “Djeca ulice – Strategije izlaska” koja je organizirana danas u Sarajevu u povodu 18. oktobra, Evropskog dana borbe protiv trgovine ljudima.
Učesnici razmatraju različite pravce koji su na nivou lokalnih zajednica, kantona, općina, gradova u BiH zaživjeli u pokušaju da se spriječi uloga djece u prosjačenju i da se zaštite djeca koja žive i rade na ulici.
Direktorica Fondacije “Lara” Radmila Žigić kazala je Feni da je cilj skupa da se zajedničkim diskusijama i razmjenom iskustava i dobrih praksi kreiraju strategije i aktivnosti za efikasnije zaustavljenje i suzbijanje trgovine djecom.
Žigić smatra da institucije u BiH u ovom problemu veoma rijetko prepoznaju trgovinu djecom što je ključni problem, izostaju i istrage i krivično gonjenje počinilaca i efikasno suzbijanje zloutrebe djece na ulici i prilikom prosjačenja.
– Cilj nam je da vidimo strategije izlaska, te šta je to što treba uraditi da bi se povećala osjetljivost policije, tužilaštva, sudova, da posmatraju drugačije ovaj problem. Treba da vidimo šta je ono što je u socijalnoj zaštiti, što može uraditi nevladinih sektor, mediji, da bi problem djece ulice smanjili, a u cilju da bi na našim ulicama imali što manje djece koja prose – istaknula je Žigić.
Navodi da je ključni problem to što u BiH ne postoji uvezana mreža podataka o djeci koja su na ulici i prose.
– Jedna od mjera koje bi trebalo poduzeti je formiranje jedinstvene baze podatka i o osobama koje su zatečene u prošnji. Veoma često iste osobe koje prose mijenjaju mjesto, te stoga kad bi objedinili podatke znali bi gdje je to socijalni problem i siromaštvo porodice, a gdje je to organizirano prosjačenje i razne ekspolatacije – posjanila je.
Učesnici konferencije su predstavnici vladinog i nevladinog sektora u BiH, čije zakonske nadležnosti i angažman doprinose umanjenju rizika i sprečavanju trgovine djecom.
Organizatori su Mreža bosanskohercegovačkih nevladinih organizacija protiv trgovine ljudima “Ring” i Fondacija “Lara” iz Bijeljine. Konferencija je organizirana u partnerstvu s Odsjekom za borbu protiv trgovine ljudima Ministarstva sigurnosti BiH s ciljem da se poveća društvena osjetljivost na sve rizike trgovine djecom u BiH od kojih su najizraženiji zloupotreba djece u prosjačenju i dječiji rad na ulici, prenosi FENA.

Žrijeb baraža za Svjetsko prvenstvo 2018. godine u Rusiji održan je u Cirihu, a najzanimljivi duel je svakako Švedske i Italije.
Nosioci u baražu bili su Hrvatska, Italija, Švicarska i Danska, dok su u drugom “šeširu” bili Sjeverna Irska, Švedska, Grčka i Republika Irska, a voljom žrijeba odlučeno je da se sastanu:
Sjeverna Irska-Švicarska
Hrvatska-Grčka
Danska-Irska
Švedska-Italija
Hrvatska je tako dobila priliku da odmjeri snage sa Grčkom koja je ispred naše reprezentacije stigla do baraža, a Italijani će imati težak zadatak da eliminišu nezgodne Šveđane. Švicarska je veliki favorit protiv Sjeverne Irske, dok će zanimljivo biti i u dvomeču Danske i Irske.
Prve utakmice baraža će biti odigrane od 9. do 11. novembra, a revanši od 12. do 14. novembra.

Najbolji bosanskohercegovački teniser Damir Džumhur plasirao se u drugo kola ATP turnira u Moskvi. Džumhur je danas u prvom kolu igrao protiv italijanskog tenisera Thomasa Fabbiana kojeg je uspio savladati sa 2:1 po setovima 6:3, 0:6, 6:2 .
Naš teniser odlično je otvorio prvi set u kojem je veoma radno došao do breaka. Džumhur je diktirao ritam i uspio je nakon 39 minuta da povede sa 1:0 u setovima slavivši 6:3. Međutim, u drugom setu njegov protivnik se jednostavno preporodio. Džumhur je postao nervozan što je Fabbiano iskoristio. Italijan je veoma brzo uspio da izjenači na 1:1 i ubjedljivo slavio u drugom setu sa 6:0. Ipak, to je bilo sve što je Fabbiano danas uradio.
Džumhur je dosta ozbiljnije ušao u odlučujući set što mu se na kraju isplatilo. Bh. teniser je ponovo rano stigao do breaka koji nije ispuštao do samog kraja, te je zasluženo slavio i plasirao se u drugo kolo turnira u Moskvi.
U narednom kolu Džumhur će igrati protiv Bhambrija koji je u prvom kolu sa 2:0 u setovima savladao Safiullina.

Općinski sud Živinice prihvatio je prijedlog Kantonalnog tužilaštva Tuzlanskog kantona i odredio mjeru jednomjesečnog pritvora za Džemu Kalajevca (37), nastanjen na području općine Živinice, zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo sprečavanje službene osobe u vršenju službene radnje.
Postoji osnovana sumnja da je Kalajevac 11. oktobra 2017. godine u Živinicama prvo vrijeđao dvije policajke iz PU Živinice koje su obavljale redovne poslove kontrole saobraćaja. Nakon toga je jednu od policajki, koja je tražila dokumente i pokušala legitimisati njega i vozača u automobilu u kojem se nalazio, sa mjesta suvozača dva puta udario vratima automobila. Tada je istjerao vozača iz automobila, startao vozilo i krenuo u pravcu policajki. Jedna od njih se uspjela izmaći, dok je policajku koju je prethodno povrijedio udarcem vratima, prednjim dijelom automobila udario u koljena i odbacio je u drugu saobraćajnu traku.
Na mjesto događaja su došla i dva policajca iz PU Živinice, te se Kalajevac vratio i počeo vrijeđati i policajce, koji su ga stavili pod kontrolu i lišili ga slobode.
Pripadnici PU Živinice su obavili kriminalističku obradu, te je Kalajevac uz izvještaj o počinjenom krivičnom djelu predat u nadležnost Tužilaštva.
Postupajući tužilac je donio naredbu o provođenju istrage i ispitao osumnjičenog.
