Povodom nedavnog proglašenja Epizode uzbune na području općine Lukavac, kao i podacima koji se dobivaju sa stanica za kontrolu kvalitete zraka Vlada Tuzlanskog kantona danas je donijela nekoliko zaključaka.

Od Federalnog ministarstva okoliša i turizma se zahtijeva da omogući stalni pristup Ministarstvu prostornog uređenja i zaštite okolice podacima mjerenja emisija zagađujućih materija u zrak iz privrednih društava na području Tuzlanskog kantona koji su, prema Pravilniku o monitoringu emisije zagađujućih materija u zrak obavezni da organizuju kontinuirano mjerenje emisija kako bi se u vrijeme proglašenja pojedinih epizoda zagađenja zraka mogao locirati izvor zagađenja.

Od Federalne uprave za inspekcijske poslove se zahtijeva da se pojača inspekcijski nadzor operatora izvora emisija zagađujućih materija u zrak u vrijeme zimskog perioda, a posebno za vrijeme epizodnih situacija, kako bi imali veći stepen kontrole usklađenosti emisija sa propisanim graničnim vrijednostima i sa drugim uvjetima iz okolinske dozvole koja je izdata za dati izvor emisije.

Od Federalne uprave za inspekcijske poslove se traži da se u vrijeme proglašenja pojedinih epizoda zagađenja zraka dio nadležnosti prenese na općinske/gradsku inspekciju radi bržeg i efikasnijeg preduzimanja potrebnih mjera.

Od Grada Tuzle i svih općina kantona se traži da ubrzaju procese toplifikacije, te iznađu efikasnije i jeftinije modele priključenja individualnih stambenih i drugih objekata na sistem daljinskog grijanja.

Od Ministarstva prostornog uređenja i zaštite okolice se traži da pripremi i uputi na usvajanje izmjene i dopune Zakona o komunalnim djelatnostima, koje se odnose na obavezno priključenje građevinskih objekata na sistem daljinskog grijanja gdje to tehničke i druge mogućnosti dopuštaju.

Od Ministarstva prostornog uređenja i zaštite okolice se traži da izvrši analizu mogućnosti donošenja propisa kojima se ograničava upotreba ugljeva sa većom sadržinom sumpora i zabranu loženja drugih supstanci koje nisu namijenjene za loženje.

U okviru obilježavanja Dana Mjesne zajednice Dedići,  u petak 27. oktobra u prostorijama mjesne čitaonice s početkom od 10 sati održat će se memorijalni turnir u šahu “Džemal Glotić”.

Istog dana s početkom od 15 sati kod diskoteke Galaxis održat će se zajednička vjeba vatrogasaca, civilne zaštite i Doma zdravlja Srebrenik, a u večernjim satima u prostorijama mjesne čitaoniceupriličit će se druženje građana ove mjesne zajednice uz muziku uživo.

U sklopu obilježavanja Dana ove mjesne zajednice u nedjelju 29. oktobra na sportskom poligonu u Dedićima s početkom od 10 sati održat će se i memorijalni turnir u malom nogometu, u znak sjećanja na Azema Ibrišimovića.

Općinski sud Lukavac prihvatio je prijedlog Kantonalnog tužilaštva i odredio mjeru jednomjesečnog pritvora za  Amira Šiljkovića (45) iz Lukavca, Jovana Mirosavljevića (53) iz Pelagićeva, Emira Turkušića (39) iz Gračanice, te za još jednu osobu koja je trenutno u bjekstvu.

Sve osobe su osumnjičene za produženo krivično djelo neovlaštena proizvodnja i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga, a Šiljković i Mirosavljević i za krivično djelo neovlašteno nabavljanje, držanje i prodaja oružja i municije.

Podsjećamo, u petak 20. oktobra 2017. godine, postupajući po nalogu ovog Tužilaštva i po naredbi Kantonalnog suda Tuzla,  pripadnici Odjeljenja za borbu protiv zloupotrebe opojnih droga MUP-a TK u koordiniranim aktivnostima sa pripadnicima Sektora kriminalističke policije PU Bijeljina su izvršili pretrese na četiri lokacije u Lukavcu, Pelagićevu i Gračanici, kada je pronađeno više od 15 kilograma  opojne droge marihuana ( Cannabis sativa) pripremljene za dalju prodaju, kao i dva pištolja i municju kod Šiljkovića i Mirosavljevića.

U aktivnostima  u Pelagićevu, uz izuzetno dobru  saradnju  pripadnika PU Bijeljina i  MUP-a TK, prilikom pretresa kuće, dvorišta i vozila koje je koristio Mirosavljević je pronađen veći broj pakovanja ove opojne droge,  koju je nabavljao ili sam proizvodio u dvorištu kuće,  u količini od oko 14 kilograma. Također, prilikom pretresa porodične kuće kod Šiljkovića je pronađen veći broj pakovanja marihuane pripremljene  za dalju prodaju u količini većoj od jednog (1) kilograma. Turkušić i još jedna osoba su osumnjičeni  da su u više navrata nabavljali, vagali, pakovali i prodavali ovu drogu  određenim licima na području Tuzlanskog kantona.

Nakon okončanih pretresa, osumnjičeni su lišeni slobode, te su uz izvještaj o počinjenom krivičnom djelu predati u nadležnost Tužilaštva.

Postupajući tužilac je donio naredbu o provođenju istrage i ispitao osumnjičene.

U radu na ovom predmetu MUP i Tužilaštvo  TK imali su izuzetno dobru saradnju i koordinaciju djelovanja  sa Sektorom kriminalističke policije PU Bijeljina, te podršku od Okružnog javnog  tužilaštva Doboj.

Jučer je u dvorištu područne škole u Srednjoj Špionici održana tradicionalna manifestacija “Dani kruha i plodova zemlje”.

Manifestaciji, koju svake godine krajem desetog mjeseca organizira Hrvatsko kulturno društvo “Napredak” Srebrenik, prisustvovao je veliki broj gostiju iz Srebrenika i susjednih općina te s područja Distrkita Brčko.

Brojnim gostima obratili su Nermin Tursić, pomoćnik načelnika Općine Srebrenik i Filka Veselčić, predsjednica HKD “Napredak”, koji su posebno potencirali značaj ove manifestacije za očuvanje kulturnog identiteta naroda ovog kraja.

Posjetioci su imali priliku uživati u raznovrsnim pekarskim proizvodima, tradicionalnim jelima i prerađevinama od voća i povrća koje su pripremile vrijedne domaćice iz Srednje Špionice.

U kulturno-zabavnom dijelu ove tradicionalne manifestacije, kulturno-umjetnička društva  “Bijela” iz Distrkta Brčko i “Mehmed Ibrahimović” iz Srebrenika te učenici OŠ “Špionica” Srebrenik prezentirala su tradicionalne igre naroda ovog kraja.

Uz učenike i roditelje, prigodnoj svečanosti prisustvovali su načelnik općine Srebrenik Nihad Omerović, predsjedavajući Općinskog vijeća Srebrenik dr. Ibrahim zukić, premijer Vlade TK Bego Gutić, ministar finansija u Vladi TK Jakub Suljkanović i ministar obrazovanja TK Zlatan Muratović te predstavnici privrednog, kulturnog i vjerskog života općine Srebrenik. Simboličnim presijecanjem vrpce novosagrađenu školu su otvorili načelnik Omerović, premijer Gutić, ministar Muratović i direktor OŠ „Rapatnica“ Zehrudin Muhedinović.

Kako je istaknuto na prigodnoj svečanosti, u izgradnju nove školske zgrade uloženo je blizu 160.000 maraka. Ministarstvo obrazovanja Federacije BiH obezbijedilo je 126.000 maraka, Kantonalno ministarstvo obrazovanja TK obezbijedilo je sredstva za vanjsko uređenje u iznosu od 26.000 maraka, dok je Općina Srebrenik donirala sredstva za priključke struje i vode. Pomoć u realizaciji ovog projekta pružili su i srebrenički privrednici, te roditelji učenika i zaposlenici OŠ „Rapatnica“ u čijem sastavu i djeluje područna škola u Gornjim Moranjcima.

Realizacijom ovog projekta riješen je višegodišnji problem s nedostatkom adekvatnog prostora za izvođenje nastave za 30-ak učenika iz Gornjih Moranjaka raspoređenih u dva kombinirana odjeljenja. Naime, nakon što je klizište oštetilo staru područnu školu, skoro dvije godine učenici nižih razreda su nastavu pohađali u improviziranim učionicama smještenim u zgradi mjesne čitaonice.
